We start by having fun a month or two before your wedding with Two great engagement session. The first is in the studio and on the beach and we get some great images of the two of you together that show your love for one another. Then we do it again on location. This is at your favorite locations or some special spots we pick out together. More Love, More Fun.

We start gathering up some pictures from your families to scan. We use these and the engagement pictures and create a beautiful slide show set to music that can be played at your reception for all to enjoy. This is also a great way to have people who can’t be at you Special Day to be part of it. All it takes is one picture of them.

We get the Bride into the studio, provide her with an experienced Make-Up Artist, pop her in her Gown and get some Amazing Images. We take our time and have a Blast. This can be done with or without the groom and these images can be added to the slide show.

We pick one of these images and surround it with gorgeous matte and large frame. Set it up at your reception for all your guests to sign with their best wishes. An option to this is a beautifully designed signature book with images of the two of you on the pages.

We show up at your rehearsal to meet your family and wedding party, grab some more images of the two of you and them, and plan for the next day.

Our make-up artists show up to help you get ready for your big day and we are there to catch the action.

We start shooting you and your groom and the wedding party a couple of hours before the guest arrive. Using as many as three photographers, we get all the preparations for the big moment and some fabulous images of you and your closest friends. We can do this between the Ceremony and Reception but we get less images and you are late to your own Party.

We cover the ceremony from every angle and don’t miss the crowd’s reactions at the same time. Right after we get all the family and wedding party combinations you can think of. Then we follow you to the Reception and cover all of the fun events and the guests of your special day. One of us will stay on you at all times so nothing gets missed.

We don’t leave until you do. Every great story need a great ending and we will be there to cover it.

Within a week, a large selection of the 1-2 thousand images (many edited with special effects) we have taken will appear on a web site for everyone to view and enjoy. You will also receive up to five DVD’s of proofing images of all the shots from your event. Shared with family and friends; they are great for emailing and choosing your favorite images for your prints and album.

Once you have picked out your favorite images, they get a final editing and enhancement. Then we meet and view them on the 56 inch screen at our beautiful studio and pick the images for your DVD slide show and your album.

Our team goes to work designing your album and it doesn’t get any better than this. Using the finest album editing software made to create beautiful and unique album pages and then sent to Italian craftsmen at Graphi Studio for your choice of papers, covers and cases we create the very best coffee table wedding album available anywhere. Not only do you get your big beautiful album but you get two smaller copies for the parents and a 12 month calendar for the next year.
