High School Seniors                     Images that Rock

I am not sure who is having more fun on our Senior Sessions; Me, Mom or the Senior. For Mom, it is about capturing those last images of their child. For the Senior it about creating a vision of  who am I going to be as an adult. For me it is about experimenting and creating something unique to tell that story. For all of us it is a fun time.

Every Senior is unique and their session has to be just as unique. So multiple locations are important. Fashion is high on the list of what matters to seniors so multiple clothing changes are often needed. What are their main interests? A musical instrument or sports gear may be used.

So the Senior is looking for something that is a little edgy. Something that when shown to their friends gets a comment like “Wow. That is so cool.”  Mom wants something a little more traditional. Something that when shown to her friends gets a comment of “Wow. That is so beautiful!”. And I am always looking for that image that is so expertly composed and lit that my friends may say “Wow. You are really good.”

We do this by getting to know a little about the senior, planning a custom unique session and then executing that plan so we end up with images that “Rock”

New and established models are always looking for images to start or upgrade their portfolios and we can help. My modeling portfolio session is designed around each individual’s needs. Your current portfolio is taken into consideration in order to update it with fresh photos that will expand your client base. For new models a plan is put in place that will create a number of looks designed to attract an agent in your target marketplace. Similar to our Senior Sessions you get a custom designed session to maximize the locations and clothing changes needed.

I ask that everyone bring at least 8 outfits to the shoot. I like to choose what you will wear from a wide range of clothing. Clothes make a huge difference in the photos, so make sure that you plan accordingly and bring a strong assortment of looks. NO logos. You should be thinking about how you are going to market yourself. I usually like everyone to have casual, athletic and upscale looks with them. If you don’t bring it I don’t have the option of shooting you in it. If you’re not sure, bring it anyway.

We can also provide help in designing comp cards, business cards and selecting images for your portfolio. Remember your portfolio is only as good as the worst image in it if you want to attract the attention of those agencies.

This is a tough and competitive business; so it is important to bring your “A” game to the session. A well rested and confident model is going be better able to help make the kind of images that might catch the agency or creative directors attention. We can help with posing tips and directions.
